Sad to see Stephano choke, I really feel like he and Nerchio are the rising zerg stars at the moment, showing some really nice playstyles.

Hopefully we'll see more of him in the future.

MC is a far better player than Naniwa, it's not close. He's much more consistant, has won far more tournaments and is better in every matchup.

Granted that MC has won bigger tournaments due to playing on a bigger stage (doesn't get much bigger than GSL) but Naniwa has been pretty damn consistant these last couple of months.

Has he? After MLG he did okay in MLG in the easiest group but lost to Slush/Losira and MC.

In WCG Sweden he lost to Morrow

In TSL3 he lost to Thorzain in the final

In Road to Korea he lost to Sase in the final.

In Dreamhack he lost to Moon.

He's been there or thereabouts in most things but he should have done better than he did.

In MLG MC lost to Losira.

In GSL May MC lost to Polt in the Ro32

In GSL Super tournament he lost to Alicia in Ro64

In Dreamhack he lost to Bomber in Ro8

In Home story cup 3 he lost to Naniwa in the semi-finals of the upper bracket

I daresay most of those players MC lost to are superior to the ones Naniwa lost to.

You still can't make the argument that MC has showed more consistent results if he has lost earlier in the tournaments he has participated in. Also, both of them lost to Losira in MLG, Naniwa lost to Moon in Dreamhack who won against Bomber.

Lol are you really going to compare Naniwa to MC? Naniwa himself will say MC is superior.At the very least MC is heads and shoulders above in PvZ, very favored if they meet in the bo7 (2-0'd him at MLG), and at least equal in PvT. He constantly plays against people like MKP, MVP, Bomber, etc. on the ladder, who does Naniwa face?

Yeah, well, he'll soon move to Korea and face those people on ladder and then maybe we can compare their results. Right now we really have no idea who's better because Naniwa hasn't faced the same opponents as MC has.
