I think if Losira faces Alicia and Coca, and not MKP, then he will make it out. But i can't see him doing well if he has to ZvZ and then face MKP.
Group F was by far the toughest to pick, so i gave up and picked the guys who have been in Code S longer -_-

I really don't understand some of the player's selections, it seems a lot of players are either overconfident or suicidal lol. The result is a bunch of stacked groups aside from group B which looks pretty poor and it's a shame 3 of those players will remain in Code S.

It's becasue they can lose to the strong player in group stages without being eliminated, as long as they win their other game(s). Picking an easy group can mean a harder bracket.

Still makes 0 sense to me. I'd 100% rather play them in the single elimination portion where a loss leaves me in Code A. They've changed format a bit so only the 4th place finished (last) goes to Up & Down... but still, you pick a good player... a couple of bad matches and you're in the Up & Downs.

I think Clide is a more proven and solid player than Alive. I consider Alive to be a WIP and I don't think he's truly top class Code S material YET. He's still improving though.
As for his 6th TLPD ELO ranking. It's kind of inflated because of the iCCup tournament win, which relative to the GSL is a really small tournament in which there weren't many top class players and many players got a w/o. Not to discount the wins, but I'm just saying it's not a very good indicator of skill.
(for illustrative purposes, the 5th rank Protoss in the Korean ELO rank, is ZeNEXYong (aka eScJung/Slayers_Majingka), who only got there because of his achievements in the ZOTAC Invitational. He hasn't appeared anywhere since)
