Thats because Riot is actually trying to promote LoL and make it competative while Blizzard doesnt give a fuck about the game or its balance or its competative scene. Their goal was to get you to buy SC2 and they did that, and if u dont like it, well who cares, u still spent 50$ on it.
They have like 2 guys in the whole Blizzard that actually work on SC2 while everyone else is on WoW, unfortunately.

I can't seem to find the German gamesports stream that would be streaming the Grubby vs Merz game right now. Does anyone know where it is? It's not in the list on dreamhack.tv.

Keep in mind that the stream is implemented with the game, 170k could be the number of people playing LoL atm online.
Imagine if you had a stream on the main page of bnet when connecting.
