To the layman it was close, but in reality IdrA controlled the entire series. The seemingly failed drop between MC's base and the gold was acceptable because idra had to trade armies and he was doing so at a good enough rate to justify it. At no point was MC a threat in game 1 so in sc2 terms that's a pretty dominant zerg showing. Game 2 I'd agree that it was close if idra lost his hatch. MC brainfarted and decided not to kill it which had he killed it there is a 95% chance idra would have just left. Very exciting games, but zerg was in the drivers seat all series. It wasn't all that close. | ||
