For example: Let's say there was no extended series for this upcoming match. If MC beat Idra 2-1, Idra would be eliminated. However, over the course of this weekend, Idra would be up 3-2 in games against MC. That is the basis for extended series. If you disagree with that, it's fine, but please at least understand why extended series is in place before you rage against it. Most of the people who crusade against extended series don't understand it and jump on the bandwagon. | ||
