MMA did "wall in" with the CC at first. But he made the mistake of not realizing that the CC has a rounded model, even if the grid is a square... so lings just ran by the sides of the CC.

MMA obviously thought his wall was solid. In my experience, even if the bottom corner of your nexus/cc is tangent to another building, small units can still pass through.
