Okay we're going to start cracking down on people bashing players for no reason. You don't have to like every player, but at least show some respect. (as of page 402) |

If you take into account that Moon isn't even good enough for Code A, and that MC said he was extremely jet lagged against grack, I think we can end the argument here. The gap IS huge. Korea FIGHTIN!! ^^; Well Moon is an average korean and he lost a bit. And the other 4 are without a doubt 4 of the very best players in Korea. If these guys were only playing 4 of the top top top foreigners e.g. IdrA, Thorzain, Nani and Whitera, I'm sure the results would be fairly balanced. The koreans are playing people who are not on their level and not the best the foreign scene have to offer. Ofcourse all of these code s calibre players are pwning random foreigners, but the best of the best are still fairly equal in my opinion. Uh, no. The foreigners you mentioned are the best of the best foreigners. The Koreans sent to MLG are 2nd tier (-MC) compared to the likes of MVP and especially Nestea. Nice try though... You calling July and Losira second tier? Second tier to MVP, Nestea, and MC, yes. You got to be joking. I think it is far too early to be saying such shit.
i dont think so...nestea and mc are fairly more consistant than both july and losira

Unusually good performance from him! Yeah, Sweden seems to be doing some good for him. Also, his 2-1 loss to Losira was pretty close, if he had taken that ...
He also beat Terran hardcore.

Korea FIGHTIN!! ^^; Quit making excuses for Koreans. Freaking hate this. First its the server lags from cross country, then MLG decides to fly Koreans over for LAN, BUT NOOOOO That's not good enough for you. Now they have jet lag. Freaking deal with it. Top foreigners can easily take out Koreans, they aren't fucking Gods. Excuses? Koreans have destroyed foreigners so far. Yeah, you're including the wins of the tier 2 Foreigners, maybe if Gomtv sent over tier 2 koreans, we can start talking about wins and shit. But as far as I'm concerned the Top top foreigners are doing REALLY REALLY well against the Top foreigners, stop trying to feign Korean dominance when there isn't any.
Who are the top top foreigners? The pool of top top foreigners seems to change everytime a Korean crushes one of them. Literally the only victory a top foreigner has over a Korean (minus the substandard Moon) is MC/Idra. Compare that with Losira over Incontrol, July over Sjow, MMA over Sjow, MC over Tyler, MC over Select, MC over Thorzain, Losira over TLO, MMA over Kiwikaka, July over Kiwikaki and I really fail to see how 'top foreigners' have competed well at all.
This is the part where you pretend players like Select and Kiwikaki are not top foreigners so go ahead.

Korea FIGHTIN!! ^^; Its fun how ju count MMAs win against July but not Julys loss.... anyways 20-3 is still pretty awsome It kinda went how it was expected to go though it went pretty awesome for the Koreans. The way I see it only 3 people at MLG (in the pool play) have a shot at taking down MMA July MC and Losira. Those 3 are Naniwa, Idra and Thorzain. Idra and Nani won there groups and Thorzain was in Idras group. Now I know other players have a shot at taking a Bo3 off of them (Sjow who should have beaten MMA and Morrow if he can get out of the Losers Bracket) but lets not pretend they sent over just anyone MMA has possibly the best TvT in Korea and has shown that he can crush high level zergs as well. MC is the best protoss in Korea without question. Losira is probably the 2nd best zerg is korea and if hes not the 2nd best then Julyzerg is. So the only people who can beat the top koreans are the top non koreans. a certain someone named nestea might wanna disagree with you about being the number one zerg player in Korea >=/
I didnt say number 1 for either Losira or July. I said either one of them is up for debate for being the 2nd best zerg in korea fully aware that NesTea is the best. Its hard to argue that July and Losira are the 2nd and 3rd best zergs in korea.

That all depends on your definiton of 'top tier'. If your limiting it to the very top, thats just dumb. MMA and Losira have been beating some of the best koreans, and deserved to be recognized as top players.
In relation to the guy that listed essentially the 'very top' foreigners, then yes I think it is necessary to place a distinction between the very top foreigners beating the 'still top but not the best' Koreans.

well geeze, we are ignoring that a lot of the players the koreans have been playing are 3rd, 4th, 5th, maybe even like 10th to 20th tier foreigners.

They're North American players. So by that logic TLO is now swedish, QXC is now spanish, Huk is now Korean and Demuslim is now German amoung others. US loose understanding of nationality is a bit strange.
