Nada's mechanics seem to be out of wack (by his standards at least) but I think he just demonstrated why there is more to good macro than having the mechanics to time all your production buildings like clockwork. You need to know how to manage resources in order to maximize the gain from adding production and expansions. With the easier game mechanics in SC2 many players have the potential to macro perfectly, but the guys like Nada, MVP, MC and other BW pros still have more units than everyone else.

Need to be quick on siege movement and in all 3 games nada was very stationary with his sieges. DDE just forgot the two golden rules of TvT and those are: -Don't lose your production -If you have more tanks don't let them push you back I guess , honestly i think that its alot more of a positional based game, i agree that sieging tanks is very twitch based but in almost all of those situations we saw DDE siege first, nada just had better positioning in alot of the situations. Nada won based off of his macro management and positioning less so on his micro even those his apm is off the charts i still think hes gotta be at a disadvantage sitting at 300+ms vs 80 or so fromm DDE in the us.

Axslav going robotics off 1 gateway. What an odd opening for both, definitely not typical pvp right now =p

basically you get your first gas late and your second gas early and you end up with more minerals but same gas income at ~24. its a MUCH better opening than 14 gas since it confuses the fuck out of the metagame

Also idk if its just me but as NASL is edited and not live would anyone else be interested if they went back through and analyze decisions when there is that critical move like Nada being behind by 40 supply and going for the drop. I would like to see unit count and income and stuff like that. Not saying do this every game, but when a game comes down to one decision like that I would like to be able to see it and the whole situation.

DDE was more stable throughout the game. But NaDa played a smarter game, showing intelligence in his decisions, this made a HUGE difference. What the hell, there's like no player who'll make that crazy doom drop while in such a disadvantage. It was so so good. Also, while DDE had more supply, it doesn't mean he had the better macro mechanics. He won a few sieges, but in general, NaDa had a positional advantage most of the game. Plus he took a successful risk by taking the gold to help his comeback. Great stuff. Also, even when mining gold with tons of mules, NaDa was able to keep his minerals low, really low, and resupply really fast when losing units. His macro mechanics were top class on game 3. He didn't even seem to be playing at half his potential though, he'd be damn scary if he played SC2 full time.
