He got to his pc and told them he couldnt play he needed sleep because he traveled from DH. Strelok was pissy but ok with it. Naniwa started playing ladder games. They found out and told him if you dont play then strelok can take the win. Strelok hasnt answered but probably will take the win. haha Naniwa is just Naniwa, so typical. Btw, where are you guys getting all this info?

I'm not gonna say it's anyones fault but I hope these are just week 1 issues cuz if we keep having forfeits we can safely say that the EU/NA scene isn't ready for such a big format

Bad form on his part, but it makes sense in a way. Seems NASL isn't distinguishing between a guy's ability to show up on the ladder, and his ability to play an important match. Or maybe that's the stated reason and something else about the situation pissed them off? He basically said "Hey NASL, I'm too tired to play my games, but awake enough to ladder, therefore playing Starcraft 2. I am Naniwa, I can do whatever I want." There's a reason he has a reputation for bailing on events/showmatches/streams etc. and to decide to ladder instead of playing your matches tells NASL I don't care, you should wait for me, and tbh, they made the right decision if this is in fact the case.

I'm not sure why they are so strict about playing it the day before its casted. The longer the game been out, the easier the information get leaked.

They need to start to strictly enforce the 45 minute rule. No exceptions, no drama. Show up or its a walkover. gg

Not sure why they couldn't announce a delay earlier, rather than announcing it right when it was supposed to air.

The games are played live (which is why the VoDs don't have a replay bar), and they are cast live (which is why Rainbow lagged and Gretorp/Incontrol weren't just skimming through that). This is then recorded and processed. I don't know if the preshow is recorded as well though.
