NASL is trying to better e-sports give the non-Korean scene a GSL of their own. Stop being a cry-baby.
On an other note; 25k viewers though out there broadcast is a very good number, I do not know how many subscribers, however with the ads even with no subscribers it is huge just from the ads, (I also got mad at people saying how they were stopping the ads with ad-block--which I have installed but I have disabled on justin tv because I don't find their ads offensive and I don't mind supporting Justin or anyone that streams on there--by just watching a 30second ad).
Let's hope the league makes money and they can continue doing this and people keep watching it like the GSL. Is the bolded part true? Proof? I wasn't in the chat so I didn't see anything. Wow if thats true please ban that moron from streaming Thats ridiculous Nope that's not him,it was a clear fake.

I'd say the event was a success.
Nice to watch, few upsets but it happens.

they really need to give us the option of paying with paypal. few people have credit cards in germany.

Are the VODs already released? So if i buy a pass now can i watch before work?

Just wanted to compliment you on the wonderful first day of games. I thought the production was fine, the casting was great, and streaming was a non-issue. Looking forward to more epic games, and Sheth's ZvP is beast mode!

Vods are out, but in 1080p only format(?). My measly 4Mbit/s connection is not enough to watch without stuttering. Hopefully they'll provide also vods with smaller bandwidth requirements :|.

I even have a credit card and jtv wont take my credentials. Wrote an email, no answer.
So yeah, an additional paypal option wouldnt be too bad at least for this case.

That's not even the point, you need a lot of options if you expect to be the best. Paypal is a lot more convenient than credit card for a lot of people.

MorroW scouted it, which made it fail and put him ahead. He then took advantage of being ahead by killing his opponent. Grow up and accept the fact that every single match isn't going to be a 40 minute macro game. If your opponent meses up at the 3 minute mark you have every right to kill him at the 8 minute mark. well, my initial response would be someday people will learn to love good decision making on the fly to win games rather than the 40 minute macro game. the common argument would be that in a 40 minute game it is a decision after decision stacking up to ultimately name a winning player. each game has it's importance which will back the first statement as there are lessons in 5 minute games and 40 minute games. from a straight up entertainment value, obviously the longer game will result in a better overall watch for somebody that doesn't understand the game, but our community is mostly players that play the game, and the majority play to get better and should be excited to learn from situations in the matches. i don't know, people will have opinions of what they want and they have every right to do so. however, i just really enjoy great play, and that can come from any length of game.
It's more "vietnam syndrome" than anything else. People get cheesed on the ladder. They rage. They hate cheesers. They see cheeser. They hate cheeser. Simple. They won't appreciate the decision making going into doing the bust and great timing of it. Or even the defender pulling through and surviving. That's exciting.
40 minute macro games don't guarantee excitement. Especially if it's just 40 minutes of passivity and then culminates into 1 big 200/200 push and the game ends. I guess you could say a 200/200 clash is more spectacular or there are more battles to watch in one match, but I think a 40 minute game is fun to watch is because they survived each other's attacks along the way. A real close game from start to finish.

Thanks for all the feedback and words of encouragement! We're always working to make our stream better, and we're always looking to take feedback from the community.
Hope you all enjoyed the first day!

Ouch. I understand this is probably necessary for them at this time so I'm not going to get too frustrated over it, but seeing as I can't watch the live stream, I'll have to sit the NASL viewing out for now until there's some alternative. $25 is too much given there's just so many other ways to watch high level games.
