Also, does anybody know the rank-determining algorithm? For instance, most wins if wins are tied, most points if wins and points are tied, whoever won the most games between those tied, etc. I'm interested because there is bound to be many ties since it seems that almost every rank counts in this tournament.

And why are people upset with the number of games? It's just like baseball, soccer or football, you don't watch all of every single match between everyone, you pick the ones you care about. I love baseball but that doesn't mean I'm going to watch every Pittsburgh Pirates game in full.

I understand this is probably necessary for them at this time so I'm not going to get too frustrated over it, but seeing as I can't watch the live stream, I'll have to sit the NASL viewing out for now until there's some alternative. $25 is too much given there's just so many other ways to watch high level games. 225 matches for just $25. And still people are whining :s

You do realize it is 25$ for 3 months right? it is a very good deal. I do understand if you did not want to pay, but as for value this is better then GOM imo.

Overall it went very well. Seemmed to have pretty good production value. I think if you are going to rebrodcast commentary, you really need to put as much production into it is possible. You should do post series interviews for everyone when they win, and even do more if needed. I feel if you are rebrodcasting why not fill loading into the game with something? Very good first day guys. I was skeptic at first wether or not I would watch NASL over GOM since I only really have time to watch 1, and play my self. But I think being a NA tournament and how well you guys did day 1, it is very promising. you deffinitly won me over, and I hope you win over alot more people as well. GL I hope E-sports really grows to what we all want it to be in the West. After tonight and sharing this with alot of my friends, I have high hopes.

Or if you're the type of super fan who's going to watch every single match of the TSL, GSL, MLG, and NASL. As someone who doesn't fit either of those groups, I'm just to sticking to skimming the results of the matches I'm interested in, and watching other games through free VODs, user streams, and replay packs. There's more content through those avenues than I'd ever be able to get through as it is. And for as broke as I am, I have shelled out much more moola for things far more trivial, but I can't justify it here.

So first day, I got home in time to just catch the Artosis game. The original stream on jtv was pretty laggy, but the resolution was nice. An admin in chat said to try to view it on wellplayed.org or in a pop-out. Luckily that fixed the lag issue. I suspect the lag was just due to some hiccups with jtv and there being so many people watching. Luckily the lag never started again, and the HD was great. So I missed the first 2 games, but the VODs were up very quickly, so I was able to watch the first two games with no wait. Very nice. As for Incontrol and Gretorp, I think they did very well. The commentary was spot on, and in depth when it needed to be. Obviously it will get even better as they cast more games together, and form that caster synergy we see with Artosis and Tasteless. But they did very well imo. I was worried buying a season pass after what happened with MLG, but I gave NASL a chance, and was left very impressed on the first day. So far, I think my $25 is very well spent for the quality of the games so far. Excited for the future of NASL!

Can anyone tell me how long FROM NOW will europe broadcast start,,or how long ago it started. Saying things like 5:30 pm doesnt mean much to me cause im not sure what european time you are referring to. Sorry and Thanks. Also im too scared to scroll through these posts,,already spoilt one game. And here I thought it was obvious what UK time is. It's GMT (which, during Summer is UTC+1). And for Central Europe it's Central European Time. I know, that's just mindblowing.
