The definition is unclear. But in Prime and Slayers' case I would say team members are the ones actually living in the team house practicing according to team schedule. So in a sense you could say they are rookie for the team. But there are some players who are part of the team but don't live in the house like NaDa or Nestea.

Liquipedia page for clan MVP has about 25 players, but explosionNL isnt listed on the roster

I hope Slayers_terrans and Bomber won't have to play against Mvp too early.

I'm quite disappointed that neither Haypro, Moonglade or Moon qualified. Hurts my zerg heart. 
Would also have been fun seeing how the other foreigners would have done that are there for the world championship even if they hadn't qualified.
