Not knocking on qxc or anything, but this is the player who was once regarded as being possibly the best in the entire world..

lol to all the haters. adelscott with a massive upgrade advantage. 2/2 with charge AND blink vs 1/0 bio, is not gonna be close.

also they're both on a foreign server, so they both have some latency.

I guess the lack of upgrades, drops etc was due to the lag too.
Lee Jae Dong proved that a focus on mechanics and execution could solve problems in the StarCraft game strategy.

At one point Adel was pretty close to dying, and MVP still had 5 or 6 vikings in the air (with no colo left), I think perhaps those 6 vikings, if landed, could have turned the tide.

Lag was definitely a factor in the games, but certainly not enough to change the outcome of those games.

GSL champions don't lose reapers to probes or right click their marauders to hug zealots, I'm not saying it's the only reason why MVP lost, but clearly it was a major factor in his play.

Lag was obvious though MVP had senior moments there

There were times where lag was clearly an issue, but there were huge judgment mistakes as well. Such as being up a gold base, attacking up a ramp, getting your army cut in half, and losing all of it. That was straight up dumb and lag had nothing to do with it. Any situation, LAN even, where he decided to go up that ramp, he was gonna get fucked.

I do see how lag was an issue, but I feel like there were plenty of instances where the game was won by adel and lose by MVP. You can't say its totally lag, because there were quite a few judgment calls that contributed to the outcome.

I don't think you can purely blame the lag. It was obvious MVP had no idea about Adell's playstyle going into this and his play was uninspired as hell. Make some bio, research stim...lets go kill him was basically his entire gameplan. He either didn't care or massively overestimated himself and paid the price.

Well played by Adelscott, i think MVP had some lag but one would imagine Adel had some as well. The probe surround on Reaper + Marines makes me think MVP was either drunk/asleep or lagging.
