I didn't say he didn't use any skill. I said he didn't win any game predominantly because of his skill. Thats fine, he won, good for him. My complaint was directed at Artosis for crushing on Alicia, while doing something relatively easy given the scenario. Sorry for calling not impressive play, not impressive. K may be my interpretation is off, but when you said that none of the games were "won by skill", that sounds like he's not skilled to me (although I did read later you said he wasn't indeed unskilled). But yea the other guys said it, he's been owning in the GSL considering how fast he came up to the GSL scene, idk may be u didn't know. About the easy looking part, honestly to me that's just showing how good he is, so it wasn't close. Yeah it was a little cheesy, but in the end it worked. Great void control, etc. So people can't express their like/love for their favourite sc2 player? And it wasn't lucky, just because you want to see Alicia do some sick 3base+ macro which HE HAS. SO please have a cry, don't ruin this thread This is a bit overboard, he too is expressing his annoyance of Artosis, like we are expressing our love for Alicia. He didn't say Artosis should shut up for example, after all.

I ask since he seems to be having a lot more success leading his team than playing the game. He recently fell to code A and didn't play one game in the whole GSTL.

Also, congrats to MMA for making a (bigger) name for himself by beating MVP, July, and MC, among others. He was definitely the MVP (pun not intended) of the tournament. I would love to see him get into Code S next season.

In my opinion, Boxer probably just spent a little more time coaching the team after the last GSTL. I feel that he was confident in his abilities to compete in Code S and felt that his time was better spent coaching the other SlayerS players than spending time improving his own game. That being said, I don't think he will necessarily stay in this mindset. With how the team has improved, I could see him going back to working on his own game and getting back into Code S. This last Code S season was an odd one, and I suspect that MVP and Boxer will both find their way back to Code S.

But with the results we are getting from SlayerS, it really makes sense. Boxer might just be prioritizing SlayerS' training and was having less time improving his own play. With that, I hope Boxer goes back to practicing and lead SlayerS (in skill) together with MMA. ![]()
