We've been able to train all of our players equally and each member of the team has moved up at least one rank this past season. We currently run the team by using a system that we created similar to that of the swiss system. We meet online once a week on vent to watch replays, give each other feedback and provide support for all of the players. We also meet every other week for in-person meetings. Players are seeded at the beginning of the season into houses. They move in and out of houses according to wins and losses and the top 3 players of house primus (the top house) play in our CSL games for two weeks until our next in-person meeting.
