No. The point was to trash europe's zerg scene. If the point was that foreigners can't get any practice for any MU against top korean players (seeing as there are few to none players as good as them) it would have been differently worded.

No. The point being made is that KR zergs are alot better than EU zergs whereas there is not the same level of discrepancy for Terran and Protoss players.
