I wonder how much of an advantage squirtle has in this due to korean practice schedule.

How can you say that ? It's awesome that ESL let's them fight it out. Do you want them to role a dice like at Dreamhack? that would be totally unfair

Like I said previously, just winning 2 games in a row should be enough. That's fair. Both opponents get a chance to take your spot, both fail, you advance. One person playing 1 less game than you is irrelevant.

No, it is very relevant. Who's to say that person doesn't win with that one game? Socke played more games than SjoW and Squirtle, and thus had more chances to win. That isn't equal or fair. Players need to play an equal amount of games, and if they have the equal amount of wins and loses, they play again. It's the only fair way.

Honestly though hearing all this, I wonder how Tasteosis instantaneously became such ridiculously great casters...was it just blind luck?

No it isn't.

Uhm, if you win 2 games in a row in a 3-man tie-breaker you will advance. Then you are 2-0, the others cannot go higher than 1-1. You should not count consecutive wins from 2 different tie-break series of course, that would just be wrong... If you win the only 2 games you play in a tie-breaker, you advance, period.

I think he wants it the most too, He would be the only Korean invite not making it out of group stage otherwise.

King of the Hill is perfectly fair. It may not look fair in terms of numerical results, but everyone gets their chance to knock you out, and you get your chance to knock them out.

After Take's whole "so here we can say we have 1 winner but really 2 losers" troll interviewing from IEM Gamescom TLO is taking it to a new level with his "here, let me tell me how much of a fuck up you are" style at Cebit.

This tiebreaker-loop would be funny as hell fast forwarded with the Benny Hill theme - game after game after game after game :D
