MorroW was one of the best players in Europe before 5 rax reaper had even been discovered. Using the best available strategy in 1 particular final never made him a "one-trick pony' and if it hadn't been Idra he'd beat with it (the most popular player in the Western SC2 scene, or certainly the guy with the most rabid fanboys) it would have never been an issue.

The rest of the tournament he won with superior macro (beat amongst others TLO, HuK, DIMAGA on his way to finals). MorroW was and has always been a macro player first and foremost. He completely dominated the european scene as terran a long time after IEM Cologne with solid macro play. You are completely clueless.

The attack wasn't a 100% win no matter what white-ra's composition was. What is this comment? The second game could be analized to bits and sure maybe white-ra overextended basewise, but on the other hand IdrA played differently from what he ususally does (he often takes both fourth and fifth if he sees a third from toss) and instead he made macro hatches and scouted well and hit a good timing with the right amount of corrupters and hydra/roach - that is what the other races do aswell hit good timing attacks, and IdrA was 1 base ahead for quite a while, had more production and good upgrades. It's not like he actually had a advantage/got a advantage in the last game (which he claimed for some obscure reason) but he just played it out very well. I love his play, I get pissed when he downplays it and downplays his race ALL the time. He used the races capabilities to his advantage vs a composition that he's had major issues with which I think is great... The balance whine is poisonous to the community imho and especially when top players do it (regardless if it's true or not). I said the same when BoxeR complained about Terran beeing bad and everyone also jumped that bandwagon...
