Hello everyone,
It's time for sign-ups for our next eP Monthly tournament! Congratulations to vVvMurder on winning last month!
Server: US
# of Players: 128 (expandable if needed)
Date/Time: Saturday February 26th, 2011 @ 5:00PM EST
Check-in: DoT 4:00PM - 4:55PM EST
Where: www.clanep.org (Battlenet channel: eP Monthly)
Restrictions: Must have a US/NA account to play
Prizes: $150 Prize Pool (via paypal)

-All players MUST check-in: check-in starts at 4:00PM EST the day of the tournament and goes until 4:55PM EST! If you do not check in and did not PM Killerhands beforehand saying you'd be a little late you will be DROPPED FROM THE BRACKET! (PM Killerhands BEFOREHAND if you cannot make it to check-in but can still make it in time for the tournament and I'll arrange a way for you to do that!)
--In order to check in login to IRC(details below) and state "username.charactercode checking in" and I will confirm your check-in status.
- All players MUST set their status to BUSY while playing their matches.
- No spectators allowed in your match (except streamer and casters if applicable)
- If a player cannot be contacted within 20 minutes of their match being posted the present player will be awarded a walk-over to the next round.
- All score reporting MUST be done via IRC in the Official Clan eP channel (irc.quakenet.org #ClanEP) OR in the channel: eP Monthly. You can access the channel by clicking "http://clanep.org/hyperion/index.php?pageid=irchat" or login using your favorite IRC client. (PM Killerhands if you have trouble logging into IRC BEFORE the tournament starts)
- Players must remain respectful to their opponent. If there is a complaint a decision will be made by the tournament Admins on whether or not prosecution of the offender will be needed.
- Each player can elect to veto ONE map in the map pool (for BO3 and BO5 series) that cannot be played in the series. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE ANY MAPS ARE PLAYED!
- If a player drops within the first 5 minutes of a game the game may be replayed. If the user drops more than once a walkover will be awarded. If there is a dispute with a disconnection problem that occurs after the 5 minute mark in the game please contact an admin on IRC and we will try to sort it out.
- If someone abuses the building glitch on Shakuras Plateau they will be automatically DQ'd from the tournament!
- Winners must have a paypal address to receive their prize!

If you are on the waiting list please be on IRC between 4:30-5:00PM EST and will try to fit you in the bracket! If you are not in IRC you will not be considered present!

First register on our website: www.clanep.org. Then click "Join Tournament" on the tournament page. After that post you username.charactercode and race in the comments section (right below the join button) and you're all set!
PLEASE: WHEN YOU LOGIN TO IRC LOGIN USING YOUR USERNAME YOU SIGNED UP ON THE WEBSITE WITH! (IRC does not accept '.'s in nicknames, so keep that in mind)
