That should be enough of an advantage. What will be interesting to see, if the MLG sticks with the double elimination format, is how frequent "double dip" wins from the loser's bracket happen. It's actually very common in some types of competition that use double elim, and I could see it happening in Starcraft 2 also. If the winner's bracket champ put the loser's bracket champ into loser's by using cheese play but was weaker than that player in standard play, I could easily see the loser's bracket champ coming back and winning two straight matches with standard play and careful scouting. Also, if the WB champ was dominating with a new build or strat that no one had yet figured out how to counter well, and the LB champ figured out a good counter for the finals and executed it well, it could happen that the WB champ might not be able to adjust quickly enough to keep from losing two matches in a row. Of course most of the time we'd expect the WB champ ("kingseat") to go on and win the tournament as it's a huge advantage to only have to win one match as opposed to two, but it wouldn't surprise me to see a significant incidence of "double-dip" loser's bracket champs, SC2 seems like it would be well suited for this to happen.

Banshees cannot shoot air units because that is the way they are, but they are able to shoot the Collosi. Not complaining about imba or something like that, but that thought defies logic in my opinion. They're ground units. Anything that can hit ground can hit colossi.

Nope. Banshees do 24 dmg, Vikings do 28. And ofc Vikings have longer range, costs less gas and double build from the SP
