I should have a fix in place in the next few days.
Awesome - thanks so much for this!

Thank you so much for continuing to work on this! I got a little discouraged when I saw the duplicating, thinking that we were stuck with it since no one would want to put the extra work into it. Bravo, sir!

Nice!! And the timing is autoconverted to ur time region..

This is awesome. TL calendar on my blackberry! Sweet.
Seems to work easily (only took a few clicks literally to get it syncing on my phone) but I noticed that some events are getting repeated a bunch. Very very minor issue overall.
Thanks for this <3

I'm getting lots and lots of duplicated entries [Link]. I verified that I only subscribed to the Calendar once.
Does anyone have an idea what causes this?
|
I have no idea what it is, but I'd imagine that something is happening when the script is checking for any new events and isn't recognizing when it already has some of them. Maybe there was even some type of small change made by a TL admin that causes the script to think there is a new event?
I'm actually of the opinion that TL would be well served by just using a Google Calendar themselves. Really easy for them to edit and it makes it really easy for everyone to be on the same page. Timezone support is a huge thing, too (and something I find really, really important for the Starcraft scene).

cool! i'll put this on my homepage as well :D gj

I have applied the bug fix which resolves the duplicate entries issue for some events in the Google Calendar.
I will continue to monitor the calendar to make sure it's functioning properly.

You, Sir, are awesome. Thanks a lot for this.

Thanks! I see one future event that seems to have a double, but that's it. Most of the old ones were fixed except for some Day[9] stuff. In general, any old stuff with duplicates now has less duplicates except for the cluster on . . . last Tuesday I think?
Thanks for continuing your work!

I am hesitant to remove any duplicate entries in the future as people may have reminders/alerts setup on them and I don't want to interfere with that. As for the past events, those no longer matter
When I initially wrote the script I had a feeling I could run into this issue, I wrote a very simple solution to deal with duplicates but it turns out it wasn't sufficient. I sort of decided to stick with the buggy simple solution until I got more familiar with the data and the problem at hand, instead of over-engineering a solution from the start.
Sorry if it caused any problems.

@CreamCorn
Oh, no, it's perfectly fine now! Only time will tell if there's some other bug hiding somewhere.

I think the time for GSL is wrong. It's an hour too early (at least for me @ BST).

It's just so handy!!!! ^.^ I must say, nice work!!

That's great. Thank you! :-)

Thanks for the great work here.. I have no problems and the date/time seems to be correct. And with the new chrome extension for google calendar (https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/gmbgaklkmjakoegficnlkhebmhkjfich) I have all the events just one click away :')

I've noticed that there are lots of events in the Teamliquid web page that are not in the Google Calendar. Does it means that it'll be discontinued?
There's an example:
