Format: 32 Participants maximum, Double Elimination brackets. Finals will be best of 3. Map pool is listed below, and selection will be done by elimination (Player 1 discards a map, player 2 discards a map, and so on until one is left).
Rules: $25 entry fee. $5 covers venue, $20 to the prize pool.
Play will be done on provided computers. If you have a mouse or keyboard that you prefer to use, feel free to bring it but it isn't mandatory. (We have a min of 10.)
Game will be played on "Medium" detail settings at native monitor resolution. Custom keys configured within game are allowed, but no 3rd party mouse/keyboard macros.
15 minutes late for your match will count as an automatic loss.
Tournament registration will continue until 09/24.
Details: The tournament will be held at 15 Ossipee Trail Standish, Maine 04084. We have plenty for you to do we have 12 Xboxs, 7 PS3s, several Wiis, iMacs, Cable, Pool, Ping Pong and so much more...

Bracket is just a placeholder currently. The final, random seed will be applied after registration closes on 9/24.
Be here, at 15 Ossipee Trail, early so we can get everyone registered, set up, and start on time..

Ya this post seems highly suspicious. Pretty much a straight copy of muzzy's tournament. Glad I'm already signed up for that one. But if it is legit then that could be a good thing. Sounds like there has been a lot of interest/alternate lists and this could be a chance for everyone to play. Generally the more SC tournament opportunities the better, it's too bad it wasn't another weekend though, or I would have definitely done both.

The thread doesn't state, but on their Facebook page and on the TL tracker, it does. Same day as our tournament in Kittery.

Hey everyone.. yea, our bad on the day but we had no idea kittery was hosting a SC2 tournament also. We have been running tournaments of all kinds, every night because our members want them. Like tonight and Friday we are having our first Lock-ins. Halo Reach is going to be released at midnight and we will be there to pick up our 10 copies!! We are so excited to do Halo 3, CODMW2, CSS, CS 1.6, Madden, NHL, BC2, Gears, Left 4 Dead and now with Reach at midnight it just adds to the excitement of all the tournaments we have! We were asked to do a SC2 and the only day available this month was the 25th. We are not even located anywhere near each other so we didn't think it would be a biggie to keep it after Tony (muzzy)from kittery contacted us. We have no problem with running tournaments on the same day..our crowd isn't from the kittery area. We wish you well with your tournament and are happy that ppl have a place to play  Good luck everyone!

We didn't realize that they were doing it the same day until we went to post. The date was decided before we logged onto TeamLiquid.
