my bet is that if u get placed into plat but go with a 10-32 record he would let you but im not him so dont entirely trust me on this because there are people who throw matches and u might play a couple, there is that chance, but i doubt he will just say you cant compete at all because some other idiots threw there matches and you're doing horrible in plat but for some reason havent been downgraded.

I'll forgive you because you're American, but you could have worded that better  You mean available country of course - as Scotland is as much of a country as England is (both being part of the United Kingdom). But OK England will do if you have enough countries there, or Australia - whichever needs more players.
Surely it's not hard to just add another country though, seeing you have even more obscure countries there.

I kept on thinking England = United Kingdom, but it is not, if you want Scotland and those other that wanted Scotland can go for Scotland, sorry about this.
