yes both zenio and ensnare were wc3 players, but zenio got a really high rank in iccup inbetween his wc3 stint and sc2 so iuno if u would consider that a broodwar player

Not really, I can't remember them playing in WC3L or big LANs. SK-Gaming's database says Zenio played a Zotac game in 2008 (lost to Violet) and a KODE5 Korea qualifier where he lost to Check.

Good use of Zerglings and mutalisk assured that tanks were never in good position. Also neural parasiting those tanks and using mutalisk to give sight to high ground was a cute play.

Yeah sorry guys, i tried for as long as i could, but by the end it was unwatchable, hopefully someone else can figure out how to not make gomTV lag and stream it for us, until then we're all in the dark till VODS i guess =[.

MaKa's lack of macro lost him the game imo. His harass was devastating at the start, but he got caught with his pants down when Cool bust through the rocks.

Common sense would've been to replace the lost drones immediately... but Cool was so baller, he went all-in roach/ling and won.

i think it was really just his ridiculously good macro and fast third. if he didn't have a significant food advantage anyway he never would have been able to hold off the ground force that long without showing his tech

I just tuned in half-way into the match and was just downright giddy when I saw Korean casting.
But now I'm confused because all the names are different. Like... nexus is a completely different name. Learning Korean names + ID's is bad enough now I got to relearn all the freaking SC2 units and buildings.... DAMN YOU BLIZZARD

I dont think Anypro had probes left aside from the gold. Definitely agree that it was pretty premature, but I think Tester had it completely won at that stage anyway - the battle that was happening at Testers gold was actually pretty close from what we saw, so even if he won it, there wouldnt be much of his left and he would of just got overrun by 3 expansions to 1

eh... DT harass doesn't keep anyone pinned on a tiny map like steppes. you only have to walk for two seconds to push an expo, and DTs generally die to the units coming out of your barracks.
i guess at really high levels you delay those turrets as long as possible, but in my opinion it kinda balances out in SC2. building turrets earlier means you can MULE more and scan less. and anyway i'm fairly sure anypro knew there were ghosts out as well, he couldn't have expected the DTs to do much
which is why i think it was more the macro advantage that let him get the void rays up than the transition
