I usually like to do a thorough analysis of a replay with timestamps... but that won't be necessary here.
After he faked a cannon rush and proxy expanded, you get into his main and see nothing. And then he has to build cannons to defend his Nexus from your Reaper. Right there, you know he is incredibly mineral starved and whatever proxy is out on the map is gutless because Cannons aren't cheap. So just build units and kill him. But so afraid of the proxy are you, that instead of a Tank that could crush him, you build a Cyclone first.
Now he walled himself in, but you still built an Engineering Bay on the top of his natural... why? He walled himself in and if you're that worried you could sit a Reaper there to prevent an expand. So that just slowed you down economically (cost of engineering bay, travel and build time for SCV that could have been mining) for no reason. He was already dead, but decisions like that allowed him to crawl back into the game
So you find the proxy and realize it is Void Rays... And then you make two critical mistakes that allow him to nearly win the game (and he would have won had he expanded):
1) Your micro is terrible. His Voids pick off multiple Tanks for free when you attack his proxy. It's just unacceptable. Don't put the Tanks on the edges and the Marines in the middle, reverse that. And same thing happens when you attack his base. The Tanks aren't protected.
Finally, throughout the game you're streaming only a few Marines at a time against his Voids, almost making it seem like Voids counter Marines.
2)Your unit composition is terrible. He went Void Rays and got upgrades. But you didn't get Combat Shield, Stim, or Medivacs as a response. Or any attack/armor upgrades for the Marines (again the Engineering Bay was on the other side of the map, unfinished doing nothing). You built Thors, Turrets, Marauders and Marines...and Void Rays counter Thors and crush Turrets.
So basically you had naked Marines versus Voids with +1/+1 upgrades.
His army was Voids and the counter is Marines. Don't make Marauders like you did, don't invest in Thors, don't get +1 vehicle weapons, just get upgrades for Marines and you would have walked over him.
Despite having a massive advantage you bleed it away because of those errors and almost cost yourself the game.
