First somewhat catchy quote I caught off wikipedia.
And some random recipe I'm thinking of...
* 1 green onion
* 2 large eggs
* 1 teaspoon salt
* Dash of pepper
* 4 tablespoons oil for stir-frying, or as needed
* 4 cups fresh cooked rice
* 1 - 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Fucking godly recipe. With those basic ingredients you can add pretty much whatever leftovers you have and make an awesome dish. Some people say that you need cold rice, but to me it's way harder to make it that way as it seems to stick too much. If you use fresh cooked rice, and stir a lot, it tends to come out better imo.
