If one treats it as a Latin noun and applies Latin rules, as a fourth declension masculine noun the plural would be nexūs, nexuum, nexibus etc (depending on case). Of course, we're speaking English and we make plurals by tacking an extra 's' on the end, or an 'es' if the word ends with 's'. So if you want to be snooty: nexus, otherwise: nexuses. Point being: nexii is never correct. | ||
