The Proleague roster of each team is limited to 10 players and PJ is not part of SKT1's Proleague roster. Actually I am not even sure if he is allowed to play any pro-games at all, since he doesn't have a semipro license from a Courage Tournament. There were discussions whether PJ and LX should be given a license due to being quasi progamers in China before they went to Korea, but the other team coaches were against it (which is sort of understandable).
