04:05 GMT (+00:00): And day one is over! See ya'll tomorrow... during dreamhack -_-!

03:56 GMT (+00:00): MKP 2 – 1 viOLet, Metropolis non-cross. Prolonged battle with endgame armies, MKP had slightly better army control and positioning in battle, finally won when he hit 3-3 on his marines.

03:39 GMT (+00:00): MKP 1 – 1 viOLet, Cloud Kingdom. ViOLet survived MKP's relentless attacks until he had broodlord infestor, started to make headway into MKP's territory but then lost it all to a nice flank. MKP cleaned him up after that.

03:25 GMT (+00:00): PartinG 2 – 1 HuK, Daybreak. HuK attempted to go for a DT rush with an archon to crush PartinG's forcefield, but PartinG used a pylon wall at his ramp to survive. HuK couldn't handle the colossus follow-up from PartinG and was forced to GG out.

03:19 GMT (+00:00): viOLet 1 – 0 MKP, Entombed Valley cross. viOLetkilled a handful of workers with his first few roaches, then in the midgame viOLetdid a huge attack with mutas lings and banelings to kill MKP.

02:52 GMT (+00:00): viOLet 1 – 2 DRG, Shakuras Plateau. viOLet opened up with roaches and expanded quickly, and DongRaeGu attempted to bust it with a surprise speedling timing. However, viOLet was able to hold, and DRG was never able to overcome the early disadvantage.

02:50 GMT (+00:00): Ganzi 3 – 0 MC, Metropolis. MC went for 5 gate pressure, Ganzi held it off while he killed all the probes at MC's natural with a counter force.

02:44 GMT (+00:00): DongRaeGu 2 – 0 viOLet. The observer dropped from the game, but DRG won.

02:36 GMT (+00:00): Ganzi 2 – 0 MC, Cloud Kingdom. Ganzi moved out with his first 2 medivacs MKP-style and wiped out MC's first army.

02:23 GMT (+00:00): DongRaeGu 1 – 0 viOLet, Daybreak. After controlling the map taking the base advantage in a long, drawn-out base split game, DongRaeGu was able to tech to brood lords before viOLet was ready and take the win.

02:22 GMT (+00:00): Ganzi 1 – 0 MC, Entombed Valley cross. MC went nexus first, Ganzi took it down with a bunker. MC broke the small contain and went on the offensive, but Ganzi held and took an earlier third to overpower MC.

01:55 GMT (+00:00): Heart 2 – 1 MC, Entombed Valley. Heart hit a two-rax, shield marine timing against MC's fast expand, and ended up doing a lot of damage without ending the game. Heart just played out his advantage normally, and was able to receive the GG from MC after a few minutes.

01:44 GMT (+00:00): MC 1 – 1 Heart, Metropolis. Pretty clear cut: Heart went for a 1/1/1, MC stopped it.

01:40 GMT (+00:00): Huk 1 – 2 DRG, Tal'Darim cross. DRG took a third at the normal spot for a fourth, Huk killed it with a 7 gate attack.

01:18 GMT (+00:00): Heart 1 – 0 MC, Cloud Kingdom. After some two-base build-up on both sides, Heart was able to take a big supply advantage after engaging MC's colossus based army in a good position with his infantry and viking composition. In the other thread I said I hope this kind of fails in terms of money and that was wrong of me, just because I think the price getting steep and am unwilling to pay for fear of the price rising in the future shouldn't automatically make me say something so negative, and for that I am sorry, you guys are willing to put in the effort of running all these extra tourney's and there are people in better financial situation than me who are willing to play, and it's more money for the players so I retract my earlier statement and now realize it comes off as a spoiled and entitled fan.

Man i feel bad for those that didn't buy a pass, since the free games weren't all that exiting.
I wondered why the baseball was getting bigger, then it hit me.

1080p lags for me, so did it the last MLG though so might just be my computer or something, but 720p works fine though

Yea same for me, but it isn't my computer... They will probably fix it soon though.

Edit: what's with these 1 base strategiesT_T

i think 1 base pushes are perfect ways to beat MKP just because he never scouts. i have only seen MKP scout twice? out of like 20-30games. honestly if MKP wouldnt have went for that marine push first game he would have lost. MKP is my favorite player anyways so.. go MKP!!
