At the day, the games were played, socke was also playing IEM qualy in which he was in a 1-0 lead against strelok. He had to play his NASL game then tho (or at least had to lock on NA) , so he told Strelok to wait. He said everything would have been fine if he didn't have to wait for 40min for the games to start. As he got into more pressure as far as his IEM qualy was concerned (because Strelok wouldn't wait forever ofc) he decided to do these all ins and he was very stressed so he did quite some mistakes. (he lost his 2 games to strelok as well after btw). Infos come from german podcast.

Socke als said (iirc) that both the qualifier for iem and his nasl match was postponed (2 respectively 1 day(s))..... so he didn't intend to play them at the same time.

He's now incredibly comfortable in long macro games, but he's not afraid to chuck in a cheese or two, which is always dangerous. His TvP was always his best matchup before his arm broke, and he took down Trickster at the last MLG. Its between him and Hero for Div 1 easily. In retrospect, you're probably right that I painted him in a cheesier hue than he deserved. My point was that he doesn't shy away from Terran's strengths or try to apologize for them; he uses them. In our season preview I was the one person to predict Demuslim to take his division, and I feel good about that pick; however, I will feel much better about it if he carries his success into his vP matchups with Hero and White-Ra.
