I'm really hoping Ret and Naniwa will do good.

If Ret is even nearly as good as he was at IEM, he is going to destroy people but unfortunately I'm not sure the timing of the tournament is good for poor Naniwa. I mean, he has just started to practice in Korea a few weeks ago and has probably started developing a new kind of gameplay that will eventually lead to a much much stronger Naniwa but unfortunately MLG Raleigh will catch him in the middle of that transition and I'm afraid he will not be able to perform well. Not even as well as he could before going to Korea.

It will take more time in Korea but I think Naniwa, the hugely talented foreigner who would be the undisputed no #1 in the world if Korea did not exist (just think about it for a while), will eventually dominate the entire Starcraft 2 tournament scene.

And hopefully Sheth will do good too.

This was the most underwhelming hype writeup I've seen in a while, sorry. If you're going to go out and try and make some metaphor like this, you either need to go broke or go home. Admitting you know nothing about what you're talking about doesn't help. Sorry.

Anyway, MLG should be fun. Stoked for a bomba/donga finals.

Great article. But I am pretty bummed out you chose to quote Kanye instead of the much superior Daft Punk version of that song. I know there was a rapper theme and what not, but I am really sick of that song.

I think the Pool play to disaster scales thing was a great touch though!
