TL Attack's first traditional episode is this weekend with Liquid`TLO. A few weeks ago we held a TL Attack 3v3 Team Game Special with Chill, Wheat, and TLO, and it went so well that we invited Dario back for a true TL Attack a day before his 24-hour charity streaming marathon StarCraft without Borders.
TL Attack will be hosted this weekend by EG.iNcontroL and Liquid`Tyler, and they will do everything in their power to find out TLO's deepest secrets by interviewing and distracting Dario as he plays 1v1s against community members.
We'll be selecting people from Battle.net North America channels to play against TLO so if you've always wanted to brag to your friends about beating him, this is your chance. Just tune into the stream and we'll give instructions on how to get a game. If you don't get in, don't worry, we'll be streaming every minute!
TeamLiquid Attack is a fun, casual event where a popular professional StarCraft 2 player plays custom 1v1s against community members. Typically, the player attempts creative or non-serious strategies while sharing friendly banter with the hosts. The show is a great way to get to know the personality of the popular player that might not normally be seen in serious ladder games or in tournaments.

I've watched through every TL Attack and I was very despondent when I thought it wasn't returning, now making its glorious return with none other than TLO I'm most excited for this, especially with a "team" like Tyler and iNcontrol to accompany him.
nice announcement and I'm definitely gonna tune in. but why is it hosted on north america, i wanna battle against TLO too or at least have a chance to do so :<

AHHH I'm so happy this is fully back! I missed TL.net Attack so much! I came in right after 2008, the glory years of TL.net community showmatches and videos (site grudgematches, Christmas specials with Haji, TL.Attack), but I really feel everyone should have watched these. They're so fun and awesome, such a great way to spend 3 hours to try and fall asleep when you're not tired.

whoo! TL attack is one of my favorite event that TL holds. Coincidently, TLO is one of my favorite players, so this is going to be really worth watching for me. =D
Does volunteering to sponsor an event make it happen more often? I wonder how much it would cost to make a TL Attack happen. I miss these and their Korean counterparts.

Awesome! Can't wait to see/hear incontrol trolling TLO with his fake german accent (like on SOTG). Will be interesting to see if it has any effect on his play. Gogo TLO, gogo "incon-troll"! :D
Haven't seen TL attack in awhile. Always looked forward especially to keen/rage/intrigue doing team melee in the old days . TLO is probably the best person to do this kind of thing as well.
Can't wait. I also hope there are going to be a few progamer smurfs hanging around to take TLO down. Hell they should have Tyler secretly play one vs TLO, all the while watching TLO's stream and commentating.
Incontrol and Tyler being the hosts is so nice. TLO with his nice and calm manner, Incontrol with his shake of the head (I remember that from ITG #1) and Tyler with his baller personality, just awesome. I hope TLO will do some insanely funny builds!

TLO you should set your own PayPal for donations. Almost everybody will only donate if they can do it in your name. So by setting up the account at PayPal you can really increase the donations!
I join those who call for some EU gigs as well. Considering that today you are announcing the winner of the raffle which is closed to US citizens anyway, it would make sense to do this episode on the EU.

also, is it possible to get the replays of this TL attack? TLO kinda did a build which i would really like to have a better look at, the one he did vs Zelniq. Would be awesome if that replay could be uploaded <3

Check some replays of Happy playing vs Zergs.
His stock opening is reactor hellion expand, and he typically follows with a three tank + marine push, sometimes with a single medivac along for the ride ^^

i feel so embaressed at how badly i played that game but i'm glad people enjoyed it. Hope some of you check out some proleague or something if you enjoyed the sc2BW.

The SCBW game was amazing. It was so cool seeing Tyler and TLO try and remember all the BW builds, and laughing at how cute the units looked.
It was also really weird seeing what SC2 would have looked like if it was just BW with better graphics. As much as I love BW, I don't think that would have been a good thing.
And I didn't win the raffle. Now I am sad. I really wanted to win that. I would have written an Ars article about it and it would have been so awesome!
I didn't get why hotbid had to make fun of the people TLO was playing with. TLO and Tyler were civil and mannered but hotbid was making fun of platinum players, or the master ones.
That was a big turnoff for me, and I stopped watching the stream because of that. What was the point? You play community members for publicity and make fun and troll them?

Don't sweat it man. :-) You were a good sport for playing an offrace. I watched your stream a couple times last week. I wasn't around for the height of the BW scene, hope to see more of your stream!
I might be a complete fail right now but I don't see any VODs yet? It might even be too early for VODs but yeah if they're out already and I'm just blind could someone please link in thread or PM?

If you check the old BW TL:Attacks this has always been the case and imo what makes this show so much fun! Random joes gets to play a pro and get roflstomped whilst funny commentators make fun of the whole thing - its brilliant!
Only problem I had was the amount of ghosting hotbid and tyler did in TLOs favour - its usually the other way around where they try and troll the hero.
Anyway was really good fun to watch - the kulas extreme and sc2bw game were highly entertaining!
