If you're looking to sponsor some events personally, I'm sure there's a ton of organizers that would be more than willing to take your money and turn it into a tournament, or nice tournaments that already exist and would like a boost to their prize pool.

You'd have to contact these individuals (or organizations) personally. If you're serious about it, do some research.
