HuK clarified that if you had your in-game sound very low or muted, you can hear the casters. The IEM referees made sure that all players had their game sound on, so there were no issues. | ||

While I would hope that you're correct and that there was a dedicated referee for every person to make sure their settings were correct, HuK's comment implies to me that that wasn't the case. It also implies to me that even without lowering sound, you could hear casters between games and between action. I'm not implying that there were issues with players gaining hidden information or that anyone had an unfair advantage, just reiterating HuK's complaint that this is something that would hopefully be corrected in the future to avoid any possible issue. "My biggest complaint would be you could hear the casters kind of when you play like if you don't have your volume up to a certain level you could actually hear them which is a huge issue, even with the headsets.
