Oh, one other thing. Remember we're one NKVD down, so that's 3 less total role checks. Our remaining NKVDs have to be smart about using their RCs.

Saving them all for later would be a waste, and since they can't follow clues yet they should use a RC for this night. Just be smart about it!

He hasn't denied the IRC claim; he hasn't even posted anything since the mass PM spam. Even if he were innocent, badly played, and it'd be dangerous for someone like him to get into any town circle.

Same deal with RoL, waste of a role check since if Kuja is scum, then RoL is definitely scum (or a stupid NKVD).

If Kuja isn't scum, then we'd be drawing out an NKVD with the R/C to confirm/deny RoL. They both should be lynched the next two days. We'd be better off not wasting R/Cs on these two.

I'd say that warrants looking at the voting history.

Please. We all know L is good at clue interpretation, why not vote for him? I actually prefer him over Ace because L isn't a dick if you don't agree with him. I would of voted for L if he wouldn't even announced a field marshal plan.

BUT DO REMEMBER, The rebel's have no idea who each other are. So why would all rebels just randomly vote for L?

So please, Zato, Elemenope, explain how vote history can even matter. None of them bandwagoned, they wouldn't even know each other are mafia to stack the vote. So yea, how does it matter? Give me a valid reason, I'm actually trying to think of one.

OpZ: Why do you think the mafia bandwagons in the first place? I can think of two reasons:

1. To elect one of their own.
2. To elect someone who wouldn't make for a good Field Marshal.

In this game, reason 1 is out of the question as you pointed out, so it would have to be reason 2. The mafia would choose someone they think would make for a lousy Field Marshal and vote for him.

"But the mafia can't bandwagon!" you say.

If the mafia members can individually come to the same conclusion of who would make for a bad Field Marshal, then you can get something pretty similar to a bandwagon. At the time the campaigning was going on, L was barely active iirc- he only started to post a lot later on. clazziquai, Kuja and Rebirth seemed to think L and Lucas would make for a worse Field Marshal than Ace. Why wouldn't other rebels arrive at the same conclusion?

And almost everyone playing this game has played a game with L, and knows he's, to steal some words from him, "good at mafia." L and Ace both are two people who are probably guaranteed medic protection also, so when I think of that, what beats medic protection? Body Guards. So....since he's probably massively medic protected right now...would you care to argue people didn't legitimately want him as Field Marshall because he's actually good and they're aware of that?

Anyway, in terms of vote lists: current day 1+day 2 lists are worthless right now and will be more interesting in the future once the numbers start decreasing which was more of what I was going for in saying vote lists could be used. They just can't be used at the moment.

As for the FM: I'm sure a bunch of people in this game would vote for L or Ace even if either said "You guys can suck a dick.

There are a bunch of veterans playing this game. Many of them aren't being terribly active. I daresay an active veteran is more of a threat to the mafia than an inactive veteran. L looked like he was the inactive kind as the campaigns were going on.

Voting lists are hardly good evidence. Very little is, at this point in the game. They're just something to be kept in mind. And if you're wondering, voting lists were a comparatively minor influence on my list- the goings on of this thread had much more weight.

It doesn't matter about what you perceive of L's ability or mine. The only thing anyone should vote on is what we say + experience. If Ver ran but came up with a bad plan would you have voted for him? Be serious. That's why I said to L I'll be looking at the people that voted for him because he didn't even have a plan at first. Cha-ching - clazz was on that list.

just to clear something up, I wasn't able to fully read the thread and lucas PMed me and told me that if I didn't vote I was going to get modkilled. So I looked at the voting thread and just voted for the first name I saw which was lucas. I don't really like Ace as an elected a official, I kind of find him annoying and way too condescending. Even if it is an attempt at fishing for roles or gauging responses.

In short, I was completely indifferent to who was elected. L is too chaotic, but a good player. Ace is annoying then we had lucas and someone else, lucas PMed me so I voted for him.

Voting lists are always good. All you need to do is figure out someone's motives to start the witch hunt. Which is why I ignore ~Opz~ - why does it matter if the Mafia don't know each other? Individually I'm pretty sure if they are competent they could come to easy decisions like ok, Ace looks innocent and he will ruin our shit let's not vote him in. Hurr durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
