I actually checked the OP for once and all that it said was that there were 2 mafia goons and that's it and that the setup is closed but it is one of the ones you have mentioned.
So, please, answer whether mafia were explicitly told in their QT or otherwise that they would have KP this night at any point.

By claiming that is what happened, I just made it what happened.
Setting that aside,
Everyone had the opportunity to be aware of the 2 extra KP. I did explicitly state that I “had to remember the change Rayn suggested” and we would start; that is a mod confirming adoption of the rule, OP or post.
