Yes, he's all over the place, activity wise. But what happened so far? Scum killed activity. They killed HF, they killed Koshi, now they killed darthfoley. The Vivax kill doesn't match the pattern so either he was onto something OR they simply couldn't kill disformation because he's part of the team.
