I don't understand why you say it is unresolved.
KSC claimed a red LT check. If LT is 3P, KSC is lying. If LT is town, he may be framed or KSC is lying.
FF claimed a "no result" check. If LT is town, FF is lying. If LT is mafia, FF is lying. If LT is 3P, FF tells the truth (could still be mafia).
So. If LT is:
Town: FF is lying for sure. Maybe KSC too.
3P: KSC is lying for sure.
Mafia: FF is lying for sure.
