I don't understand the clarification, with votes being tracked by time there's never ambiguity about who should be lynched.
That the host is making such a big deal about this confirms a mafia between the two lynch targets. Anyone who thinks differently is free to write down why on a little sheet of paper and bury it in their back yard.
