My vote on MM1 was weak, not "empty". It's simply for the facts that he downplayed his own abilities for (more likely) scummy motives and reacted very strongly to the votes on him, immediately putting together a case full of meta and conjecture - the feeling I have is that scum would be more likely to react strongly to pressure. It's all closer to null than scummy, which is why I never said that it was a strong read. But I don't currently really see anything better either, which is why my vote is still on him. It's not like it has to remain there until the lynch.

I was actually just going through the player list. It seems like a lot of players haven't really posted anything worth thinking about yet.
I don't think anyone else jumps out in a way that makes me think "he could be scum". There are a lot of bland questions and jokey posts that don't say much at all. Those could be coming either from town or scum, it's really hard to tell.
Earlier I disliked your vague existence in the thread, but you've taken a bit more active role recently, so I don't feel like I'd want to lynch you now.

I'd like to believe that he, as scum, would at least somehow care about his appearance though. Usually those players who do whatever they want end up being town.

U could be right although he could also be one of those "oh I rolled scum time to AFK and hope they lynch others" type player.
I have a bit of a fatalistic approach to day 1 lynches. Lynching scum would rock but realistically I'm never confident enough in Day 1 reads to hope for that too much. So I generally angle for a lynch with a reasonable probability of scum and a high probability of information and removal of useless/lurker players. This changes obivously if I somehow am convinced we found le scum.

Usually scum put at least some effort at the start even if they eventually stop caring about the thread. I don't think I've ever seen a player who never put in any effort in their first posts flip scum. If he continues doing nothing, it might be necessary to just policy lynch / Vig him.

If we talk about players who put in *some* slight effort and then faded away from the thread, then TheKingOfTheCats would be the prime candidate. These are his only posts so far, with absolutely no follow up for either one. They're not even posted after each other but several hours apart....

I actually don't like him right now, he made a few posts and scum read MM for things I thought were townish. Says hes town but waits on Kush to vote to sheep him and then hasn't been back to the thread yet. Its just odd for him to be so absent after something like that
