This game was more like a bus on top of a skinny rock. One tap one way or the other, and there's no stopping the bus from coming down on either side.
Although I think if VA got lynched, mafia would have had a chance with 2 KP + Vigi + Janitor.

VA certainly didn't help himself. I kept trying to pull people off of him and I couldn't gain any traction until Vivax came along.

I over exaggerated. You just had that one instance of snapping at me and I was just kinda like, "whoa." Definitely kept me from going after you though, so it worked lol.

btw, mainly smurfed this game because i wanted to play really under the radar and just try to gather a bunch of good reads either right at end of d1, or if i couldn't find anything in particular, stay quiet till day 2 then solve the game. Just wanted to try it.
then we rolled mafia and Palmar put a tonne of attention on us with the policy lynch thing. Basically the exact opposite of what i was after happened.

Thanks all for playing through the game as best as possible.
The setup did feel snowbally as if the vig shot hit the wrong person, I think emotions would have run amok and with all the finger pointing town would probably mislynch D2, and then with 3KP scum would just clean house.
Additionally a shot was spent on a vet (Koshi), and their 50-50 shot failed to connect.
I was confused by the two fake claims and how town interpreted those.
The first was Chopin claiming vet, and caught to be lying. It was after the action deadline so it's not like he is trying to mindgame scum into not shooting him. I wasn't reading too carefully though so take it with a grain of salt, just seemed like an easy catch.
The second was VA claiming vig to "get shot" on behalf of bats. I felt like this was poor play, and somewhat proven by how most of the day people wanted to lynch VA. Props to town for looking at context carefully to determine the better lynch in CR, but honestly fake claiming like that is so high risk low reward. In another game VA would have been mislynched and scum could have clawed their way back from it.
