Theory: Bill Murray is a tracker and lied about being roleblocked, but why would anyone do that? It took him 10 minutes to go from claiming roleblock to claiming tracker. And if he is a tracker, why claim in the first place? If I were a tracker, and I tracked sinani to koshi, I would assume that sinani was a town power role, probably another tracker because of this post:

I would have thought that sinani gave up on making a case and just decided to track koshi instead.
So if sinani is a town power role, which he has since claimed mason, why did Bill Murray out him in the first place? Exposing sinani would not have helped town no matter what sinani's role was. Even if he thought sinani was mafia, he would have been better off tracking him another night to try and trace him to a kill. I don't think Bill Murray was in any danger of being lynched so he wasn't trying to save himself by claiming.
So why then? His actions make zero sense.
