Somebody goes from A to B and back so it goes:
A got 3 votes, B got 5 votes.
A got 4 votes, B got 4 votes.

Who get's lynched? Is it A?

And when it laters goes
A got 5 votes, B got 4 votes

Is it then B?

You only become lynch target when you become sole majority.

In situation 1, B remains as the (equal) highest in terms of votes, so he is still the lynch candidate.
In situation 2, A had the highest, then remained the highest with B, so he is still the lynch candidate.

Pretty sure in the first case it's B because he had the higher number of votes first, second case it's A because they reached the highest votes first.

No. In the shadowed game (first edition) LM was on 3, jayb on 5 because suki went for jayB for a second but went back to make it 4-4 again.

And LM was lynched.

It's only been last week and the answers in question clear it up quite nicely, which is the reason the Model-OP was changed so that it can only be interpreted in one way. Like Marv said, it's normal "this" way but could have been interpreted both ways before
