The d2 scum cop check was interesting, but I think the mafia team would have been better off not claiming it all all. I also think that the roleblocker was pretty town favored and I don't really understand why they wanted to keep it around.

Oats did a really good job on d2 trying to prove his innocence despite the cop check. The Sent lynch was really bad, but I guess it goes to show how dangerous going afk can be even with a green check. I still probably would have ended up lynching prpl, but Vivax obviously should have been lynched first. The fact that prpl was defending Vivax really bothered me, but there was no reason to let Vivax live another day. Vivax and Jay did well to look town for most of the game, but the night actions probably lost them the game by shooting into the medic protect and medic protect/vet. Fuba/Wos probably should have been shot the night that the mafia had control of the medic to make things a lot easier.

I honestly wonder how badly we would have lost that game if scum didn't lose their power role D1.

Yea after day one i think i did decent the main problem was rayn our sweet role cop dying day 1 and then afterward Ace did the red check I think he reckoned he could talk his way out of it but that wasn't the case.

If you add a busdriver then take out miller since the cop becomes even less reliable than it already was. Maybe remove cop and miller and add a vig or tracker/watcher. Alternatively you could add sanities since cop is going to claim their checks anyway and it might be funny.

The fact that town can claim all actions at the start of each day is only helpful so long as blue roles go to town. This game was strange in that scum got cop 4 times but if scum get Doctor or roleblocker then they can doublestack and get a lynch on the person that gets roleblocked. At the same time they can get one of their players "almost certainly town" status since very few people will believe that scum would hold KP. Faking a red check is also a strong play but in this case it perhaps didn't work out because it ensured that scum would lose a KP by day3. But if we had mislynched a townie on day1 or even day 2 it could have pretty much won the game since it killed the thread.

I felt like this set-up is mafia favored (but it really comes down to who gets which roles). Since so much discussion is role focused a mafia player can justify pushing mislynches quite easily. As town you cannot trust in the roleclaims either since if mafia have a role they can manipulate the actions. There is also no KP outside of the lynch which means that if mafia getting "the near confirmed town" status through roles is even stronger.

Out of my day 1 analysis post, I found 2 out of three scums, even though I focused on the wrong guy. Feels like I'm improving :D
