For the convenience of the thread, I have been through Oatsmaster's filter again. I present literally all the posts he has in his filter where he thinks someone is mafia.

This post seems scummy to me because its not a reason not to be active. Day 1 reactions are good because its a time where you can see who is proactive and who isnt.
Toads style feels much more like my own and I think that will help us analyze why he would do whatever he does after becoming mayor.
I also see this as subtly buddying Toad, same style = same alignment? Especially since its wrong in the sense that Toad outrightly spammed day 1 and stutters stood back and answered questions and defended himself.
His whole filter just generally seems like he is on the back foot, reacting to stuff, rather than creating content and trying to find scum.

It's likely, if we assume Vivax is telling the truth, that gonzaw was given both Jack and Mason from within the team. So that makes sense at least.
