If you are 3rd party survivor whose only goal is to survive past the time you use all your abilities, why were you so up-in-arms about austin not checking you with his Objection? Theoretically, it shouldn't matter a single bit to you if town has 3-4 confirmed townies, and checking you would have made it harder on town overall. | ||

I don't understand why not checking you seemed scummy though. A townied with PW powers would want to get the most use as possible out of them, which would mean either confirming 2 scum or a couple townies. Checking just one person would be a waste. Austin has admitted to having a notoriously hard time reading you, correct? So throwing your name in the list of people to confirm as townies wouldn't have made sense, because if, say, he checked you, Palmar, and Crossfire and the check came back negative, what does a townie gain from that? You are correct in that a scum would want to give 3 town reads (although probably add at least one of his scum teammates in there, rather than 3 townies), because he would be less likely to get caught, but objecting solely because your name wasn't in the list doesn't make sense to me. | ||

I should say that objecting solely because your name wasn't included would make total sense from a town marv. It makes 0 sense from a survivor marv, who would have been likely to get lynched had a town austin included you in his list. Survivor marv should have been happy that he wasn't included. | ||

I totally see that. The point is, his selection made 100% sense from either alignment. I can't see how you seem to think that not selecting you (which would have caused you to lose almost certainly) made him scum at all, though. The only way you, as third party survivor, should have realistically been so sure (at least for a while) that he was scum SOLELY FROM WHO HE CHECKED would have been if he checked you and gave a positive confirmation. | ||

As far as pressuring you or whatever it you think I'm doing: I'm not. I'm trying to figure you out, because you've been pretty guarded for most of the game. I understand you have another game going and it's splitting your time, but you are being pretty difficult here. I have to make the same decision you have to make: either you or randombum. | ||

Yes, I can see that you're not playing fully to your normal townie or scum self. Which means it is quite possible that you are, in fact, third party. But there are parts of your play that are more like your "fuck rolling scum again" play (disinterested, not hounding people, advocating lynching for information rather than hard scum reads). And i've never seen you play third party, so I have nothing to compare it to. | ||

That's the thing. You've had bouts where you actually seemed to be actively trying to figure stuff out (the fight with foolish day 1, being suspicious of Austin), followed by total non-chalance in actually getting foolish lynched or figuring out another scum from that world, etc. | ||
