Regardless, inactivity is generally bad for town. How many of us are absolutely new? Because those are the people who I'm afraid will end up lurking the whole game.

As for what to do in PM, I propose we all find a PM buddy and bounce analysis off him, if he is scum it gives you more to analyze, if he isn't then you have someone to scrutinize your logic. However do not trust *anyone* as we won't know if they are scum or not until we flip them with a lynch, if you are blue this means not claiming. I for one intend to leave all my PM history with an unrelated player (unrelated to whom ever I'm PMing obviously) in case I die it can be posted so town has more to analyze, [I may make an exception for claims, but you should not be claiming to me anyway].

What else?

The sun was setting over the long suffering town of Liquidia. The town was restless; many could feel a dark presence stealing through the streets once again. It was hiding in the shadows, it was making its way through dark alley ways, it was always just over your shoulder but when you turned it vanished. The good citizens of Liquidia all knew what this meant but were afraid to speak it. Every one of them knew that the mafia was on the move again. Many times the mafia had sallied fourth; sometimes the town had beat them back but sometimes the mafia had won control and the town would descend into a period of darkness. The tension was palpable, any day now the town was expecting to find the first bodies. Everyone was locking their doors a little tighter, everyone was talking a little less, and everyone was moving about their business a little faster.

On this night RebirthOfLegend and Meapak_Ziphh were standing together in the gathering dusk on a street corner. “There’s murder brewing tonight” remarked RebirthOfLegend. Meapak_Ziphh nodded and added “They’ll be coming soon.” Suddenly a figure flashed through the darkness! “What was that?” Said Meapak sharply. RoL reached his hand inside his coat and grasped the handle of his trusty revolver, “stay back” he ordered. A loud crack spilt the air, Meapak staggered. RoL rushed over, gun in hand, “you hurt bad?” he asked in a concerned voice. Meapak smirked and pulled back his jacket revealing a bullet proof vest. “I know a thing or two about survival” he said with a chuckle.

Without warning the figure materialized out of the shadows. The figure opened a black vial and poured it on the ground. “A wise man you might be” the figure said with a sibilant hiss “but tonight is different.” The contents of the vial sizzled as it hit the ground and Meapak let out a choke, a patch of blood appeared on his chest and he fell back to the pavement. Meapak looked up; dull shock glazed his eyes “RoL… what the hell is happening?” “You’ve been reversed” said the cloaked figure triumphantly.

RoL had been momentarily petrified but as Meapak let out a death rattle RoL snapped back to reality. Jerking his gun out of its shoulder holster RoL growled “You’ll pay you murdering bastard.” But as RoL began to raise the gun his mind clouded. He fell to his knees and clutched his head with his free hand. Voices began to whisper terrible things. RoL shuddered; he tried to raise the gun again but couldn’t find the strength. The voices became louder and unified into a single tone “You want to pull the trigger?” They screamed, “Then pull the damn trigger.” RoL opened his mouth and let out a soundless yell, as he went to close his mouth he found he couldn’t for something cold and metallic had somehow inserted itself. “You want to pull the trigger?” Screamed the voices. “I do” thought RoL “I wanna pull the trigger.” And he did.
The cloaked figure put the cap back on the vial and strode briskly off. The next morning the town discovered the first victims.

Meapak_Ziphh the Veteran has been killed. RebirthOfLegend the Vigilante has been killed.

Ok, so like Gmarshal said, we shouldn't depend on blues this game. Especially since RoL specifically said this game was to punish us for what happened in Salam. At the same thing, I don't think the mafia powers are all THAT powerful. Let them frame away, that's one less death to worry about. PMs are allowed but PLEASE don't just give out crazy info in them (roleclaim, etc.). The point of town is not to have 1 leader controlling everything but small circles that are separated so that if one goes down, the others can still operate. Let's all work together and not let a few players handle all the work (which always seems to happen). This means contributing pleaseee.

What If your PM buddy is scum
What If your history keeper is scum

This all seems rather inefficent and I remember that game where people blindly roleclaimed to Pandain which caused a town loss.

Marshal I really think your an awesome player but this is not the way to go about this. PMs are good for a similer kind of thing but RNG is still random. You can accomplish the same thing by posting and then asking for PMed opinions. it's really hard for town to get information and opinions when your only confiding in one person. There are ~24 of us. We all need to make smart decisions.
