It's not his problem that his team plays better when he plays Lucian/Tristana and just so you know, his Corki/Caitlyn carried coL into LCS over Coast. And he won with Jinx yesterday.

When I play Trist I start to get kills once I have IE because I do dmg, how rushing a atk speed item would give you more damage than +80ad with 25% chance crit ?

That's why compLexity is the best team with Tristana in LCS.
Get shiv - push lane, get t1, rotate to mid, get t1 there and so on.
And that's why KT B were considered as best Tristana team in OGN in 2013 as well.
Going casual bf sword into spark works though, as Altec showed yesterday.
I go pickaxe into shiv in soloqueue, easy kills botlane with legit support like Nami, gives you extra damage that you lack.
