thoughts so far
C9 - early games were shaky but good decision makings mid/late game sealing the deal so far
Crs - surprisingly good start, will see how their strategies (double ap karthus w/e) do when other teams figure it out
TSM - no shame losing to c9, decent start
CLG - not enough data since their jungler is still in jailerino, VERY HIGH POTENTIAL.
XDG - why is your jungler playing adc
EG - not bad for a bunch of rejects, not good for 3 experienced veterans.
DIG - holy shit they won a game
CST - this team just imploded, none of their off-season dominance/momentum carried over to LCS

CLG had such terrible mid game/late game calls despite having their coach play in for them. Yeah, hotshot's not a good mid laner, but you'd think they'd still have decent objective control and decision making.

@iKill[ShocK] XDG had a rotation change... it has been said and mentioned several times.

they swapped because their adc was doing a lot of the shot calling, and their jungler has "very high mechanics" they thought this would be a better fit for the team. Have the person with better mechanics on adc, and put their shot caller on jungle.

if it works or not who knows.

i feel like when your team's nickname is "throwbargains" that maybe rearranging your team so you can keep your mechanically poor shotcaller in the starting lineup might be a bad idea.

Impressions so far.
-meteos can play non farm jungle style as well. Very versatile.
-zuna isn't half bad. Not too many glaring mistakes.
-teams seem to overvalue yasuo, without strategically making the pick work. Even when voyboy got fed with him, crs' s synergy with the pick was fairly weak.
-feels like there are first week jitters.
-crs' s full yolo comp is fun to watch, though dominate should of build pantheon tankier as to make follow up objective control easier after going full yolo on ganks.
-pobelter is a big X factor, he's going to be the one who determine's EG's future in LCS.
-dig and coast look super shaky. Was hoping shiphtur could go full solo q and carry coast, but simply couldn't.
-clg playing differently than usual, in a good way. I sure hope dexter comes back soon, hsgg in mid is a real detriment to clg's POTENTIAL.

What I saw yesterday might have been the worst misplay in competitive lol ever. During the 5 min dragon fight between CLG and EG, Doublelift started walking towards the pit from the midlane as Mundo was teleporting in a brush.
DL didnt change directions means thats Mundo was right on top of him when he finished teleporting. And then DL simple died from 90% HP to a solo Mundo without using flash or barrier............... or arcane shift that were up.
Theres alot of joking around when a pro player does a bad moviment and is called bronze, but a bronze player would had
at least smashed some buttons!

C9 has never been strong early game. Their strength comes from the transition into the midgame.

I remember that situation pretty good. I think doublelift had no idea mundo was on top of him because he had his camera on the fight while he let his character walk. He saw it too late.

It's why they were 2-2 versus Vulcun last season. Vulcun, as a huge early-game team, were either able to snowball a large enough lead to render their advantages irrelevant, or else threw it.

That's a pretty bad defense of what happened though. Even after seeing mundo pounding on him(assuming he was looking at the main portion of the fight, and missed mundo teleporting in), he didn't really do anything. I think he must have panicked. That's really problematic for your main carry to panic like that. There's absolutely no reason not to use his summoner skills. He knows the fight was already happening, and then he sees himself getting damaged. It's kind of hard to miss your champion taking damage while a fight is going on(as you are more alert to your situation).

I don't think it really mattered, the problem was CLG was not grouped, for what ever reason, DL was by himself, AWAY from his team. You can't just let your ADC try and 1v1 the top laner, and just be like "yo, why the fuck didn't you 1v1 the mundo?"
Even if he did react, he was put out of the fight, and still would have only done minimal damage to the mundo. EG still cleans up that fight at dragon, either way.

EDIT:misplay from DL, but outcome of that fight doesn't change; Had CLG executed rotation better, would have changed that fight/game tho.

I don't want to defend him and I think a proffesional player should not get killed like that.
