Why? The fact that you don't pop out of recall in the very last second it just a thing. Had that been any other champ (besides Anivia) that would have been a kill. That's just part of the champ/way the game works. | ||

He doesn't really need items to do his thing, he loses plenty of lanes, and he cannot utilize his incredible ganking properly from toplane. Even midlane would make more sense to me.
